Releasing The Gorillaz into our world using an Augmented Reality App.

Responsible for the App Visual Identity, Creation and Development, alongside Directing the Tone and Visual Style for the Glitch Effect and establishing the Gorillaz Magenta World.

The App had to focus around a few quick info screens, but focused mainly around the camera screen. Locating any Magenta colours would reveal never before seen Gorillaz video footage.

The key visual used across print and DOOH, was the location from the shoot having the Gorillaz burst through a Magenta portal into our world.

Mockups were required to show how with only one colour you could take over any landscape and turn it into a digital playground.
